There's an old John Waite song that I cover called Missing You. He declares that he absolutely isn't missing a certain someone. All the while, you know he's lying (mostly to himself, as he admits in the last part of the song). I've been feeling this for the last couple of weeks. Missing someone, and trying to deny the fact. Of course this always makes for a good writing season for me. Right now, it's about the one that got away. The one I want a future with, but just can't see how it could ever happen. Ah, unrequited love fuels my little heart with the sad songs I'm known for... Well, it's not so much an unrequited love, but unavailable. That my friends might just be worse than the aforementioned love.
